Projects I worked

I worked on various projects on mobile VAS applications (sms, shortcode platforms and other customization).

I participated in the development of an online examination software that fully online. I have  designed and developed lot of websites and online applications. I have developed voice application platform that supports ivrs, automated bulk calls, inbound outbound dialer, voip applications , virtual classrooms etc.

I have participated in NCC and holds “A” certificate . I have participated in arts and sports and owned many certificates. I have a good ability in drawing, painting, modeling, sculpture and also have good aesthetic sense.

Mini Project (Academic)

Implementation of Web server :

Was a member of a small team that set-up a web server as an academic mini project. This project, though of a small magnitude, aided in teaching us the working of a web server and client server architecture. The implementation was carried out in java.

It also aided in familiarizing with java multithreading, network programming, client server socket, core java and OOP concept.

Main Project (Academic)

SECURE ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION (SET) :

SET is a payment protocol that provides secure credit card transaction over the web. It uses technologies like digital signature, dual signature, digital certificates, etc. The project was implemented in Java and used almost all security packages. Doing this main project is a challenging task for us.

Seminar

I chose an entirely different seminar topic (Hibernate). Due course of the seminar, I ignored all about its possibilities and most of the advantages of it. Post the seminar, from my extended research into the subject, I learnt the possibilities of object persistence and I had the opportunity to work with another persistence tool called “PROPEL” with the symfony framework on PHP.

Hibernate is an open source object/relational mapping tool for Java. Hibernate lets you to develop persistent classes following common Java idiom – including association, inheritance, polymorphism, composition and the Java collections framework.
